There has been some confusion regarding what is due on August 14th, a quarterly report or a semi-annual report.

All Certificate Holders must file a Semi-Annual Report on August 14, 2015. This report will cover the period January 1, 2015 - June 30, 2015.

The Renewal Year runs from July 1st of the current year (2015) through June 30th of next year (2016)

Those Certificate Holders that filed for and received an exemption from the financial statement filing requirement that is part of the 2015 COA renewal requirements, must begin filing the Quarterly Report, for periods ending after July 1st. The first Quarterly Report will be for the period July 1st - September 30th; it is due on November 14th.

All Certificate Holders will file a report due by February 14, 2016. Most will file the standard Semi-Annual Report that covers the period July 1st - December 31st, but those that received the financial statement exemption will file a Quarterly Report, which covers the period October 1 - December 31st.

By May 15th, those that received the financial statement exemption (ONLY) will file the Quarterly Report for the period January 1st - March 31st.

All Certificate Holders will file a report due August 14, 2016. Most will file the standard Semi-Annual Report that covers the period January 1st - June 30th, but those that received the financial statement exemption will file a Quarterly Report, which covers the period April 1st - June 30th.

What a Certificate Holder files after August 14, 2016, will depend on whether or not a financial statement exemption is applied for and received. Exempt Certificate Holders will file quarterly.
