Investigators with the Butler County Sheriff's Office and Alabama State Fire Marshals Office are investigating an early morning fire at Bragg Hill AME Zion Church near Greenville.
Fire departments from Greenville and Liberty were called to the scene around 1:18 AM. The building and its contents were a total loss.
At this time the cause and circumstances of the fire are under investigation.
