Public hearings on the proposed revisions of private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by the following companies will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama, at the following scheduled times:
· The Cincinnati Insurance Companies – 9:00 AM
· Southern United Fire Insurance Company – 10:00 AM
· AIU Insurance Company – 2:00 PM
· American International Insurance Company – 3:00 PM
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
