The hearings for the proposed revisions in private passenger automobile rates and rules as requested by the companies listed below, originally scheduled for Thursday, August 21, 2003, have been CANCELED. After review of the proposed revisions and changes by the Department's consulting actuaries and after negotiations with the Department's Property and Casualty Division, the companies involved in these hearings have agreed to amend their requests in a manner that reduces the requested rate increases below the threshold requiring a public hearing established by departmental rules and regulations.
