A public hearing on the proposed revision of private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by Farmers Insurance Exchange, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
