A Gordo woman died Sunday morning when she apparently returned inside her burning home.
Bessie W. Low, 84, was found near the rear door of her home. Investigators found burned materials that had been dragged out of the home.
The Alabama State Fire Marshals Office and Gordo officials are investigating the fire. Early indications are that the fire was accidental.
