Some
individual title agents have submitted applications with their firm name in
place of the individual’s last name. The
online program is not catching this at the entry level, so the application appears
to go through but it is actually being held in the process. If you have submitted an online application
and after 48 hours still cannot access your information online, please email
Michelle Driggers at frances.driggers@insurance.alabama.gov
to get this corrected.
Reminder: Only individuals are currently able to apply
using the online process. Business
entities must at this time submit a paper application. For more information, please see the Title Agent News
