A hearing will be held before the Alabama Commissioner of Insurance on the 31st day of May, 2000, beginning at 10:00 AM,in the offices of the Alabama Insurance Department, RSA Tower, Suite 1700, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama, to consider application of John Marvin Cox, of 400 Eaton Road, Hoover, Alabama 35242, for written consent to participate in the business of insurance as required by 18 U.S. Code § 1033.
